Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wildxconnect.com and the WILDx Connect platform (together, the "Service"), operated by Wild Global ("WILDx", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.

You may browse parts of the Service as a guest and create a free profile. Full member features require a paid membership.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile up to date.

Sign-in links sent by email are personal to you; do not forward them or let others use your account.

Membership pricing is shown at sign-up and on our pricing page. Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Where an annual plan is offered, it is billed once per year.

You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and their terms apply to the payment itself.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

You agree not to: harass, threaten, spam, or defame other members; scrape or harvest member data; upload malicious code; impersonate others; share another person's private information without consent; use the Service for illegal activity; or attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that we reasonably believe put the community at risk.

You keep ownership of the content you post (your profile, messages, listings, event materials, and so on). By posting it, you give WILDx a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service, and to use anonymized or aggregated versions to operate and promote WILDx.

You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it. Content visible to other members should be treated as confidential to the community; do not republish other members' information outside the Service without their permission.

Event registrations, tickets, and any guest terms are governed by the details shown on the event page. Refunds for paid events follow the policy stated there, or our standard policy if none is stated.

By attending a WILDx event, you consent to photography and recording at the event, which may be used by WILDx for promotional purposes.

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or remove features, and may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to members; continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that introductions, referrals, or matches will lead to any particular outcome, and we are not a party to any agreement or transaction between members.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WILDx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other legitimate reasons, with notice where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
