WILDx Connect ("WILDx", "we", "us") is a membership community platform operated by Wild Global. This policy explains what information we collect when you use wildxconnect.com and the WILDx Connect member portal, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

By using WILDx Connect, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Account information: your name, email address, and (if you choose to set one) your password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.

Profile information: details you add to your member or guest profile, such as your title, company, industry, bio, photos, websites, and what you can offer other members. If you provide a website or LinkedIn URL, we may read publicly available information from that page to help fill in your profile. You can edit or remove this at any time.

Usage information: pages you visit, features you use, events you view or register for, messages and introductions within the platform, and device and browser information (such as IP address, browser type, and screen size) used for security, analytics, and improving the service.

Payment information: membership and event payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Support information: if you contact support, we keep your messages and any attachments so we can help you.

We use your information to operate the platform: creating and securing your account, building your profile, powering member matching and referrals, managing events and registrations, sending you transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, event updates), providing support, and keeping the community safe.

We may also use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand how the platform is used and to improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your profile is visible to other members as part of the community, in the directory and in matching and referral features. Guests with free profiles can see limited public parts of the platform.

We share information with service providers who help us run WILDx Connect, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and bot prevention. These providers may only process your information to provide services to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WILDx, our members, or others.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in. We also use analytics and advertising tools (such as the Meta Pixel) to understand how people use the site and measure the effectiveness of our outreach. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use an invisible bot-prevention check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on public forms to stop spam and abuse.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and personal data, except where we must keep certain records (for example, payment or tax records) for legal reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most of your information directly in your profile settings, or contact us at support@wildxconnect.com for anything else.

You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

WILDx Connect is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify members by email or through the platform. The date below shows when the policy was last updated.
